On this tour we not only visit 4 or 5  of the Hunter Valley’s great wineries (Small, boutique and big) to sample some delicious wines, we also highlight some of the produce made in our region.

We all know the Hunter is famous for its wines, but we also have a proud & thriving cottage industry that produces all sorts of other ingredients our local chefs love to use in their dishes. Olives & Olive oils, cheeses, organic poultry, snails, berries, herbs, jams & pickles & of course chocolates and much more are all produced right here in the Hunter Valley.

Our property is ideally situated in the wine region of the Hunter Valley.  Rated 4 Star by the AAA (Automobile Association of Australia), it is located in a quiet rural setting for a peaceful night's sleep, yet less than 10 minutes away from the famous restaurants and wineries of the Pokolbin and Lovedale areas. 

With your comfort upper most in mind, the B&B has been specifically designed so your room has a private entrance as well as a door leading to the 'common room/breakfast area'.  Your French doors lead onto the verandah with a gentle country view that is easy on the eye. 

Kangaroos, morning and evening, are often in the front yard as you drive in, kookaburras are in the trees, and black cockatoos frequent the pine trees.

Following your day of touring the valley, relax on the verandah as the sun sets...  the perfect opportunity to sample some of your day's purchases.
