Terms and Conditions:

1. Cancellation outside 14 days of the booking will receive a full refund less a cancellation fee of $25.
   
   
2. If client cancels within 14 days, 50% of total will be refunded if accommodation is not resold.
   
   
3. Cancellation within 48 hours of booked date, no refund applies unless the room is resold.  If sold at the same price, refund would be 100% less a cancellation & admin fee of $25).  If resold at a ‘last minute’ price, difference will not be refunded.
   
   
4. Rooms are all non smoking, but ashtrays are provided to smoke outdoors.
   
   
5. People booking who are NOT ballooning should be aware that others in the B&B may be getting up very early.
   
   
6. Special Packages and Promotions that appear on this website may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
